The cement industry is a key field of industrial dust emission. With the full implementation of the national ultra-low emission policy in the cement industry, dust removal equipment has ushered in a wave of comprehensive upgrading. At present, special dust removal equipment suitable for different links such as cement kilns, crushers, and dryers has become the mainstream of the market. Among them, bag-type dust removal equipment accounts for more than 80% of the market in the cement kiln tail dust removal field due to its high-efficiency filtration performance.
The newly developed special bag-type dust removal equipment for cement adopts PPS composite filter material, which is resistant to high and low temperatures and anti-condensation. Under the high-temperature working condition of 180-220℃ at the cement kiln tail, the dust emission concentration can be stably controlled below 5mg/m³, which is far lower than the requirements of the ultra-low emission standard. At the same time, the equipment is equipped with an intelligent ash cleaning system, which can automatically adjust the ash cleaning frequency according to the dust concentration. The service life of the filter bag is extended to more than 4 years, and the operation and maintenance cost is reduced by 30% compared with traditional equipment. After a cement enterprise completed the upgrading of dust removal equipment, the air quality around the plant area was significantly improved, and the number of dust complaints decreased by 90%, realizing a win-win situation of economic and environmental benefits. Industry analysis points out that in the future, cement dust removal equipment will further develop towards the direction of "low resistance and high efficiency, intelligent operation and maintenance, energy conservation and consumption reduction", helping the cement industry realize the transformation of green production.
