It integrates coarse powder separation and horizontal vortex classifiers.

The superior structure allows for flexible adjustment of the classifier air volume and output within a wide range without affecting classifier efficiency, increasing system output by over 10%-15%.

The classifier's main motor can be remotely controlled, allowing for flexible adjustment of motor speed to meet varying fineness requirements.

Equipped with a novel internal vortex de-splitting device, the airflow within the rotor rises without rotating. This kinetic moment reduces the force acting on the rotor, saving drive power and reducing wear. Highly susceptible materials and processes are treated with wear-resistant materials and processes.

Working Principle

Air discharged from the coal mill, carrying material, enters the classifier through the lower air duct. After being rectified by the inner cone, it decelerates and rises along the annular channel between the outer cones. The coarse powder in the air settles by gravity along the outer cone's sidewalls into the coarse powder collection bin, achieving gravity separation. The gravity-separated air, carrying material particles, is guided by the guide vanes and the rotor's rotation, forming a stable horizontal vortex separation zone between the vanes and the rotor. Dust particles moving in this vortex are simultaneously affected by gravity, wind, and centrifugal force. Fine and light particles are drawn into the rotor with the airflow, flow through the outlet duct, and enter the dust collection bin at the rear, where they are separated as the finished fine powder. Coarse and heavy particles fall down, collect in the coarse powder collection bin through the inner cone, and return to the mill for further grinding. Changing the rotor speed effectively adjusts the fineness of the finished product.
