Working Principle

The material is fed into the V-shaped classifier via an elevator through the full width of the feed chute. It is evenly dispersed and flows through the air inlet guide plate into the classifier's sorting area. Simultaneously, due to the negative pressure inside the classifier, air flows through the classifier housing, passing through the evenly dispersed material, and then through the air outlet guide plate before being discharged through the outlet duct. Due to gravity, the material is impacted by the guide plate during its fall, causing it to become loose. The deflection of the air flow forces the fine powder to flow through the outlet duct and directly into the high-efficiency classifier for sorting and collection in the bag dust collector as the finished product. The coarse powder undergoes secondary sorting by the air control valve and is discharged through the coarse powder discharge port.
