Working Principle

The vibration mill is driven by an electric motor through a universal drive coupling to drive an eccentric shaft exciter to rotate at high speed, thereby generating an exciting force that causes the vibrating component (cylinder component) to vibrate continuously at high frequency and low amplitude on the elastic support device. The material in the cylinder is subjected to strong impact, friction, and shearing effects of the grinding body. At the same time, due to the rotation and relative movement of the grinding body, the material particles are frequently ground, which reduces the elastic modulus of the material and causes defects and microcracks to expand, achieving the purpose of crushing the material. The vibration mill cylinder, filled with grinding media and the material to be ground, vibrates in a circular motion driven by the drive shaft (with an unbalanced weight on the shaft).
