Product advantages

1. The particle size of micro powder can be adjusted arbitrarily within the range of 1 to 20 μm. The fineness range of non-mineral ultrafine powder preparation is: 650m2/kg~1000m2/kg. Equipped with a high-efficiency ball mill, the material temperature during material processing is lower than 110°C, and the grinding efficiency is higher.

2. The classification efficiency of the powder separator reaches more than 80%. Due to the high efficiency of powder selection, the production capacity of the sorting system has been greatly increased. Compared with the open-circuit grinding and sorting system, the output can be increased by 25% to 50%; the increase increases as the fineness decreases.

3. Reduced power consumption. The unit power consumption of the grinding system can be reduced by 20% to 30% compared with the open circuit grinding system.

4. Clean emissions and high civility. The process flow is simple, the system uses high-efficiency micro-powder collection equipment, and full negative pressure operation makes the dust emission (under standard conditions) less than 10 mg/m3.

5. The uniquely designed grading flow field and vertical grading wheel can classify the product particle size, reduce the friction between the powder and the grading wheel, and greatly extend the service life of the grading wheel;

6. The material contact part is made of ceramic or high-quality austenitic stainless steel to prevent wear, and the rounded corners are designed to avoid energy consumption caused by eddy currents. Fluid resistance is reduced and wear is greatly reduced. Comply with GMP requirements.
