SNCR flue gas denitrification equipment utilizes Selective Non-Catalytic Reduction (SNCR) technology, a proven NOx control technology. Its operating principle involves injecting an amino-containing reducing agent, such as ammonia or urea, into a boiler furnace or cement kiln decomposition furnace within a narrow temperature range of 850-1100°C without a catalyst. The amino-containing reducing agent, such as ammonia or urea, selectively reacts with NOx in the flue gas, producing harmless and non-polluting nitrogen and hydrogen. Generally, denitrification efficiencies exceeding 80% are achieved while ensuring reasonable operating costs for the reducing agent and ensuring that ammonia escape does not exceed 10 ppm.
