SCR flue gas denitrification technology and equipment

SCR flue gas denitrification technology combines disc swirl mixed flow technology with AIG ammonia injection technology to ensure a more uniform ammonia/flue gas mixing. The inlet and outlet flue ducts feature a gentle curve design, effectively reducing flue pressure drop and preventing ash accumulation. Ammonia flow regulation is achieved using a pneumatic diaphragm single-seat, straight-through control valve group, offering excellent linear adjustability, fast response, stable regulation, and robust sealing. This ensures high denitrification rates while accurately controlling ammonia flow and minimizing ammonia escape. This technology guarantees a denitrification rate exceeding 90%, ammonia escape below 2.5ppm, and a SO2/SO3 conversion rate below 1%.
