In-mill screening device

Our company's new closed-circuit screening device is a specialized product independently developed based on the screening characteristics of closed-circuit mills. This technology replaces the existing compartmentalization device by installing a screening and partitioning device within a conventional tube mill. This forced screening of the material in the first compartment intercepts large particles, forcing them to remain in the first compartment for secondary crushing. Preliminary qualified fine material passes through the mill's in-mill screening device and enters the second compartment for grinding. The third compartment is supplemented by a specialized activation liner with a material retaining function and a specialized discharge grate for separating the material balls. Combined with a variety of small grinding bodies, this fully activates and finely grinds the material, thereby fully utilizing the mill's grinding capacity, reducing energy consumption, and producing high-quality, high-yield finished products. This makes it a perfect partner for high-fine closed-circuit mills.
