Product Advantages

      1. The screen aperture is controlled between 0.2mm and 3mm, and the particle size D50 of the crushed product ranges from 10 to 850 microns.
      2. The equipment is compact, occupies a small area, and is easy to disassemble and clean. It offers high cost-effectiveness, low installed power, and a wide range of applications. Different installation combinations are available to meet different process requirements.
      3. The entire system features enclosed crushing, resulting in low dust and noise levels, ensuring a clean and environmentally friendly production process.
      4. The motor can be connected with a belt to increase speed, overcoming the problem of high-speed motors not being available from well-known motor brands.
      5. Available high-temperature, low-temperature, and room-temperature designs, along with closed air and inert gas circulation, meet the crushing temperature requirements of different materials. An explosion-proof design is also available to meet the ultrafine crushing requirements of flammable, explosive, and oxidizable materials.
      6. The control system is program-controlled for ease of operation.

      Working Principle

      The material is evenly fed into the crushing chamber by the feeding system and is strongly impacted by the high-speed rotating crushing disc. At the same time, it is subjected to the combined effects of friction, shearing, collision and other forces between the static disc and the gear ring, which causes the material to be crushed. Depending on the nature of the material, the crushing dynamic disc and static disc can be combined in different structural forms to meet the crushing requirements of different materials.
