Features: After cooling, filtering, and drying, compressed air is injected through nozzles into a supersonic flow into the grinding chamber. The pressure differential fluidizes the material, and the accelerated material converges at the intersection of multiple nozzles, generating intense impact, collision, friction, and shearing, resulting in ultrafine particle size reduction. The grinding process relies on the material's own collisions, making the equipment wear-resistant and producing high-purity products. This is low-temperature, media-free grinding, and inert gas protection can be used during the process.

Applicable Industries: Fine chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, minerals, and other industries. Particularly suitable for grinding high-hardness, high-purity, and high-value-added materials, especially heat-sensitive, low-melting-point, and sugar-containing materials.

Product Advantages

    Working Principle

    The airflow mill, along with a cyclone separator, dust collector, and induced draft fan, forms a complete pulverizing system. After being filtered and dried, compressed air is injected at high speed into the pulverizing chamber through a Laval nozzle. At the intersection of multiple high-pressure airflows, the material is repeatedly pulverized by collision, friction, and shearing. Driven by the fan's suction, the pulverized material is carried along the rising airflow to the classification zone. The powerful centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating classifying turbine separates the coarse and fine materials. Fine particles that meet the required particle size pass through the classifying wheel and are collected in the cyclone separator and dust collector, while the coarse particles descend to the pulverization zone for further pulverization.
