Product Particle Size: D50 ranges from 1 to 45 μm.
Classification Efficiency: 60% to 90%.

Features: The material rises from the lower inlet of the classifier into the classification zone under the influence of the fan. The high-speed centrifugal force generated by the classifying impeller separates the material. Fine particles meeting the required particle size pass through the gaps between the classifying impeller blades and are collected in a cyclone separator or dust collector, while coarse particles descend to the discharge port for discharge. Suitable for fine classification of dry micron-sized products, it can classify spherical, flake, and needle-shaped particles, as well as particles of varying densities. The rotor speed can be controlled by a variable frequency drive, allowing for flexible adjustment of particle size distribution.

Product Advantages

    1. Suitable for fine classification of dry micron-sized products, capable of classifying spherical, flake, and needle-shaped particles, as well as particles of varying densities.
    2. The particle size of the classified products can reach D97: 2 to 45 microns, with stepless adjustment, making it easy to change product types.
    3. The classification efficiency (extraction rate) is 60% to 80%. The efficiency is higher for materials with good flowability, while lower efficiency is achieved.
    4. A horizontal classifying turbine mechanism provides high speed and precise vertex cutting.
    5. Can be used in series with other grinding equipment, such as ball mills, vibrating mills, and Raymond mills, to form a closed-loop system.
    6. The control system utilizes a PLC with a real-time operating status display, ensuring easy operation.
    7. The system operates under negative pressure, with dust emissions exceeding 40 mg/m³. Equipment noise levels are kept below 75 dB(A) through soundproofing measures.
    8. An explosion-proof design is available, and it can be upgraded to a nitrogen circulation system to meet the processing needs of flammable, explosive, and oxidizable materials.
