Product Advantages

    1. Particle size range (D50): 1.5-45 microns. Integrated crushing and classifying ensure optimal product particle size by adjusting the classifying wheel. The classifying rotor can be mounted horizontally or vertically.
    2. The crushing rotor can be flexibly modified (rod, hammer, tooth, etc.) to achieve varying crushing forces based on material characteristics, improving crushing efficiency.
    3. Key components such as the hammer head, gear ring, and classifying wheel are made of ceramic materials such as alumina, zirconia, and silicon carbide, ensuring zero metal contact during the entire crushing process and meeting high-purity material requirements.
    4. The system can be used in tandem with multiple classifiers to produce products in multiple particle size ranges simultaneously.
    5. The entire system operates in a sealed enclosure, resulting in low dust and noise levels, ensuring a clean and environmentally friendly production process.
    6. The control system is programmable for ease of operation.
    7. The explosion-proof design meets the requirements for ultrafine crushing of flammable, explosive, and oxidizable materials.

     

    Working Principle

    The material is evenly fed into the crushing chamber by the feeding system, and is strongly impacted by the high-speed rotating crushing disk. At the same time, it is affected by the centrifugal force and collides with the crushing ring gear. It is affected by multiple comprehensive forces such as shearing, friction, and collision, which crushes the material. The crushed material moves to the classification area with the air flow, and the coarse and fine materials are separated by the frequency-controlled classification wheel. The products that meet the fineness requirements are collected by the cyclone collector and dust collector with the air flow, and the coarse and fine materials return to the classification area for secondary crushing.
