Product Advantages

      The rotor and stator are constructed of special wear-resistant steel, ensuring long component life.

      1. A powerful eddy current flow field provides a large air volume, instantly crushing materials with minimal residence time in the chamber and low crushing temperatures. This makes it suitable for crushing heat-sensitive and fibrous materials, and particularly for the deagglomeration and reduction of nano- and micro-material agglomerates.
      2. A single machine offers multiple functions, enabling coating, modification, and deagglomeration through an external heat source. This ensures sufficient coating, controllable temperature, and excellent modification results, unaffected by environmental influences.
      3. The control system is programmable for easy operation.
      4. An optional explosion-proof design meets the requirements for ultrafine grinding of flammable, explosive, and oxidizable materials.

      Working Principle

      The material is evenly fed into the crushing chamber by the feeding system and is strongly impacted by the high-speed rotating crushing disc. The crushing rotor is composed of multiple layers of crushing discs and multiple crushing blades. The material is crushed by various crushing forces such as shearing, collision, and friction. Qualified materials are collected in the collection area with the rising air flow, and the coarse materials return to the crushing area for secondary crushing.
