Product Advantages

1.Optimized Design Reduces Production Costs
The modular throwing head design requires only replacement of worn parts, reducing operating costs by over 30%. The peripheral guard plate can be reversibly used if partially worn, increasing material utilization by over 48%. Diamond-shaped impact blocks prevent damage to the vertical plate caused by material impact wear.

The optimized deep-cavity rotor increases material throughput by approximately 30%. The smoother curved design of the ejection port and internal structure reduces material flow resistance, significantly improving material throughput and increasing machine production capacity.

The dual-purpose bulk feed tray is easy to operate and allows for quick switching between two feeding methods: full center feed and center feed with annular cascade feed. The machine utilizes a low-noise, high-protection motor with F-class insulation and IP54/55 protection rating.

A special seal structure at the lower end of the main shaft ensures no oil seal and no oil leakage, reducing fuel consumption. A hydraulic cover opening mechanism, imported from Japan, allows for quick and easy removal of the upper cover, saving time, labor, and effort when replacing and repairing internal components.

Working Principle

Full center feeding: Material falls into the feed hopper, enters the high-speed rotating rotor through the center feed hole, and is fully accelerated before being ejected through the ejection port. It first collides with the material that has rebounded and is free-falling, and then impacts the vortex lining (or impact block) in the surrounding vortex chamber. It is first rebounded to the top of the crushing chamber, then deflected downward, colliding with the material ejected from the impeller flow channel, forming a continuous material curtain, which is discharged through the lower discharge port.

Center feeding with annular cascade feeding: Material falls into the feed hopper, then falls through the annular hole, and is separated into two streams by the bulk material tray. One stream enters the high-speed rotating impeller through the distribution plate, and the other stream falls from the surrounding of the distribution plate. The material entering the impeller is rapidly accelerated in the impeller and then thrown out at high speed. It first impacts and crushes with the other part of the material that falls freely around the bulk plate, and then impacts the vortex material lining (or impact block) in the surrounding vortex cavity. It is first rebounded to the top of the crushing cavity, and then deflected downward to collide with the material emitted from the impeller flow channel to form a continuous material curtain, which is discharged through the lower discharge port.
