Working Principle

This machine utilizes impact energy to crush materials. When material enters the plate hammer action zone, it is crushed by the high-speed impact of the plate hammers and thrown onto the impact mechanism mounted above the rotor for further crushing. It then rebounds from the impact liner and returns to the plate hammer action zone for further crushing. This process repeats until the material is crushed to the desired particle size and discharged from the lower portion of the machine. Adjusting the gap between the impact frame and the rotor frame can alter the particle size and shape of the material. This machine utilizes a spring safety device behind the impact plate. When uncrushed material enters the crushing chamber, the front and rear impact frames retract, allowing the uncrushed material to be discharged from the machine.
