JRC and JRM Series Roller Presses

The JRC series roller press can be used in conjunction with a ball mill or as a standalone system to implement a variety of process flows, including pre-grinding, semi-finishing, and final grinding. Due to its improved grinding mechanism, the roller press and its system technology can reduce grinding system power consumption by 50-100% and increase output by 100-300%. It is widely applicable to grinding systems for raw or clinker cement, in new plants, or for renovations of existing plants.

The JRM series high-pressure roller mill, developed by our company by integrating German technology with aviation hydraulics, features self-generated wear protection, a compressive strength of ≥2000 MPa, and a lifespan of over 20,000 hours. The system can be fully automated or remotely controlled, offering simple operation, stable operation, low-cost online maintenance, and replaceable roller sleeves.
