The wet electrostatic precipitator, developed by our company, is designed to remove harmful substances such as dust, PM2.5, acid mist, water droplets, heavy metals, aerosols, and odors from wet gases. It is an ideal device for treating complex atmospheric pollution and achieving ultra-clean and near-zero emissions.
1.Effective treatment of complex pollutants. PM2.5 particulate matter removal rates are 85-95%, achieving a near-zero emission standard of 5mg/Nm³ at the outlet. SO3 acid mist removal rates are 80-98%, significantly reducing the corrosiveness of wet flue gas discharged through the chimney. Comprehensive reduction of heavy metals and other pollutants improves flue gas cleanliness.
2.High efficiency. Dust emissions can reach 10mg/m³ or even below 5mg/m³, and dust collection performance is independent of dust characteristics.
3.High flue gas treatment capacity. Using multiple electric fields or multiple units in parallel, the flue gas treatment capacity can reach 5 million m³/h.
4.Low resistance. With a resistance of <300Pa, operating and maintenance costs are low. 5. All parts that come into contact with the flue gas are made of anti-corrosion materials, with no moving parts and a service life of more than 20 years.
