JQM series air box pulse bag dust collector

The JQM series air-box pulse bag dust collector is a bag dust collector developed by our company based on technology introduced from the US company Fuller, drawing on the technical advantages of similar German products and adapting them to China's specific conditions. It combines the advantages of chambered backflush and jet pulse bag dust collectors, overcoming the shortcomings of chambered backflush, which lacks sufficient cleaning energy, and jet pulse, which simultaneously cleans and filters, thereby expanding the application range of bag dust collectors. It features high cleaning energy, excellent cleaning results, low system resistance, long filter bag life, and high dust removal efficiency.

Processing Capacity: 37,000-378,000 m³/h

Applications: Building materials, metallurgy, power generation, mining, chemicals, glass, ceramics, and other manufacturing industries.

Product Advantages

  1. Suitable for high-concentration dust removal, such as the O-Sepa classifier, whose grinding system gas dust concentrations can reach up to 1000g/Nm³. The JQM air-box pulse dust collector can directly handle this, eliminating the need for primary dust removal equipment such as cyclones.
  2. Utilizing offline cleaning technology with chambered pulse backwash cleaning, this eliminates the secondary dust "re-adsorption" phenomenon associated with online cleaning while maintaining normal, continuous operation. This improves cleaning effectiveness and extends the life of the filter bags.
  3. The patented "self-locking filter bag sealing device" enhances the seal between the equipment and the filter bags, improving dust removal efficiency.
  4. The air-box structure reduces localized resistance and eliminates the inconvenience of filter bag installation.
  5. The electromagnetic pulse valve utilizes a double-diaphragm structure, offering advantages such as sensitive control, high efficiency, and long life. 6. The filter bag is made of our company's technical product - microporous film composite filter material. It can not only increase the filtering wind speed and reduce the equipment operation resistance, but also avoid the phenomenon of dust sticking to the filter bag due to condensation and being difficult to remove. It is particularly suitable for dust removal of high temperature and high humidity dust-containing gases, such as in the cement and electric power industries.
