The electrostatic bag filter is a type of dust removal equipment developed in response to stricter flue gas emission standards in my country. It is particularly well-suited for purifying high-concentration flue gases. It consists of two components: an electrostatic precipitator (ESP) and a bag filter. Typically, the ESP is equipped with an electric field. With a front-electrostatic, rear-bag structure, the ESP collects 80%-90% of the dust in the flue gas. The dust is ionized and charged in the ESP area, significantly improving the air permeability and cleaning performance of the filter bags. This reduces filter bag resistance, increases cleaning cycles, and extends the bag's service life. Furthermore, the bag filter leverages its advantages of strong dust tolerance and high fine dust collection efficiency, achieving emission standards of less than 20 mg/m³.
