LMC (CDMC) series large pulse long bag dust collectors

The PMD series pulse jet single-unit bag dust collector is a compact bag dust collector designed through technological advancements. It utilizes a line-by-line pulse jet cleaning method. It features excellent cleaning performance, high purification efficiency, large air volume, long filter bag life, easy maintenance, and safe and reliable operation. This series of dust collectors is available in two types: the standard A-type with hopper and the B-type open flange type (without hopper). Filter bags can be customized based on the application.

Modular production and unit assembly. Separate chamber offline pulse jet cleaning technology offers strong cleaning capacity, high dust removal efficiency, low emission concentration, minimal air leakage, low energy and steel consumption, minimal floor space, stable and reliable operation, and excellent economic benefits.
A high air volume, low velocity design concept ensures low dust collector resistance.
A rational airflow secondary distribution method is employed to maximize filter area utilization and filter media life.
The filter bags are arranged in a matrix arrangement, both vertically and horizontally, for a compact structure and high space utilization. The spring-loaded expansion rings at the top of the filter bags provide excellent sealing and quick bag changes.
