LMC (CDMC) series large pulse long bag dust collectors

The LDMC series large-scale, long-bag, pulse-jet dust collector was developed by our company, combining international and domestic dust removal technologies. Based on pulse-jet dust removal technology, it meets the needs of high-volume flue gas purification. It combines the advantages of both chambered backflush and pulse-cleaning dust collectors, overcoming the shortcomings of chambered backflush and the re-adsorption of conventional pulse-cleaning methods. It offers higher cleaning efficiency and lower jet frequency. This product utilizes a submerged pulse valve, which reduces jet air pressure and operating energy consumption, extending the life of the filter bags and pulse valve, and significantly improving overall technical performance.

Product Advantages

        1. The innovative design features a bottom-intake structure, allowing coarser particles to fall directly into the ash hopper, effectively reducing the burden on the filter bags.
        2. The use of long filter bags reduces the equipment footprint while maintaining the same processing capacity, making it easier to retrofit existing plants.
        3. The use of separate chambers for offline cleaning delivers high efficiency, minimizes secondary dust adsorption, and effectively reduces energy consumption. This also reduces fatigue on the filter bags and pulse valves, exponentially increasing their lifespan and significantly reducing operating and maintenance costs.
        4. Bag inspection and replacement can be performed in separate chambers while the system remains operational and the fan is running.
        5. The filter bag openings utilize a spring-loaded mechanism for easy assembly and disassembly, ensuring excellent sealing.
        6. The housing is designed to be airtight and uses kerosene for leak detection, minimizing air leakage.
        7. The entire system is controlled by a PLC, enabling automatic cleaning, unloading, and temperature control.
