Working Principle
1. Vacuum Conveyor
Suitable for the enclosed transport of powdery materials such as powders, granules, tablets, and capsules between various process steps. Its modular design offers few moving parts, easy disassembly, and low maintenance. It can be powered by either an air compressor or a vacuum pump. It can be connected to various functional units, including crushers, classifiers, granulators, packaging machines, feeding stations, and mixers.
2. Dust-Free Feeding Bin
The feeding point features a built-in suction device, preventing dust spillage and providing an excellent operating environment. It can be used in a variety of applications, including crushing, conveying, packaging, and weighing. It can be controlled individually or centrally, offering simple control and easy operation. It can be used with various models of airflow mills, mechanical crushers, and classifiers, either standalone or in production lines.
3. Belt Scale
This is an ideal device for continuous weighing of bulk materials. Its belt material is suitable for environments with acids, alkalis, salts, and atmospheric corrosion. Available configurations include single-lever single roller or dual rollers, and double-lever double roller or quad rollers. Dimensions can be customized to meet customer requirements.
4. Iron Remover
Removes iron impurities and other ferromagnetic particles from powder materials, keeping them clean and protecting downstream production equipment. Both manual and automatic iron removal are available.
5. Metal Detector
Separates magnetic and non-magnetic metals from free-falling bulk materials to ensure product quality. Rapid removal through a rejection system reduces material loss and prevents disruption to the normal production process. Features a learning function to adapt to different product types. A 200-product storage function allows for rapid product parameter adjustments. Detection sensitivity: Fe > 0.15mm, SUS > 0.35mm.
6. Automatic Bag Unpacker
Used for bagging and unloading of bagged powders and granular materials. Bag unpacking and unloading are accomplished through a belt conveyor, automatic bag feeding, a cutter mechanism, and a vibrating screen for automatic bag-material separation and unloading. Dust generated during operation is filtered out by an onboard dust collector, ensuring a clean working environment. Broken bags are perfectly separated from the material, preventing them from becoming mixed with the material or becoming lodged in the separator.
7. Packaging Machine
The feeder features a coaxial impeller and screw design, ensuring fast feeding and precise discharge. The fully sealed body and equipped with a dust removal port ensure a rational structure, truly ensuring environmentally friendly production. Packaging accuracy: 0.2-0.5%. Both ton bags and small bags are available.
8. Air Shutoff Discharge Valve
This valve features high machining precision and an air lock function. Available in a variety of materials, including cast iron, cast steel, and stainless steel. It can be used as a powder feeder for crushers and classifiers, as a discharger for cyclones and dust collectors, and in pressure- and suction-type pneumatic conveying systems.
9. Bag Opening Station
This unit handles the unpacking and unloading of ton bags of powdery and granular materials. The closed bag opening eliminates dust, improves the working environment, and reduces production costs. The integrated bag opening, tapping, and magnetic separation design ensures a compact structure and easy operation.
10. Air Hammer
Used in powder storage and conveying processes such as silos, dust collectors, and pipelines. It ensures optimal material fluidity and promotes smooth flow. Powered by compressed air, it consumes minimal air and is easy to install.
11. Fluidizer
Used in powder storage and conveying processes such as silos, dust collectors, and pipelines. It ensures optimal material fluidity and promotes smooth flow. Powered by compressed air, it consumes minimal air and is easy to install.
12. Pneumatic Conveyor|
The system includes key components such as a Roots blower (or air compressor), a rotary feeder, an ejector, and a dust collector. Positive or negative pressure conveying can be selected, and dense or dilute phase conveying can be designed. It offers long conveying distances, high throughput, and low operating costs. Design solutions are available based on the material being conveyed and the site layout.
