The twin-drum dryer is a direct-type rotary dryer. Its self-insulating drum achieves a thermal efficiency of over 70%, increasing thermal efficiency by over 50%. It maintains a final moisture content of less than 1%, and the desired moisture content can be adjusted to meet specific requirements. It requires minimal space and investment, making it ideal for retrofitting existing plants.

The dryer utilizes a co-current drying process where the material and hot air flow exchange heat in the inner drum through radiation, convection, and conduction, while heat exchange in the outer drum utilizes a combination of conduction and convection, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
  3. A variety of lift plate designs, including a combination of angled and swastika lift plates, ensures more efficient exchange between the material and the hot flue gas, reducing the risk of "wind tunneling" within the dryer drum. This results in excellent drying performance and high output.
  4. The machine's compact structure and small footprint facilitate process layout and save investment, making it suitable for retrofitting existing plants.
